IN THE BEGINNING
In the beginning...
Light was not begged to shine
It was not difficult to separate light from darkness
Miracle of creation was not a mirage
In the beginning...
It was easy for men to obey God
To identify his voice was as easy as knowing your face
And they were not found wanted in God's presence
In the beginning...
Constant fellowship was between men and God
They were not compel to worship God
It was their desire to seek his face and inquire of him
In the beginning...
There was nothing like sin in us
We were pure and pleasant to behold by God
His delight in us prove angels to jealousy
In the beginning...
Men were willing to call upon God
To salvage them from corruption
And to keep them from going astray
In the beginning...
Our father's were more more satisfied to walk with God
The patriarch of old were willing to forsake their parents and go after God
To obey him and establish what is called Faith and to posses unseen territories
In the beginning...
Noah was not weary at God's coming in the flood
He was busy, concentrated in making the ark
To save his house and his generation
Oh lukewarmness was not in your church in the beginning
There was sharing in common among your people
Your sons gave themselves to the ministry of the wod and prayer
And at their word, judgement were proclaimed upon sinners
O Lord return us to the days of the beginnings
For us to see your glory as of the ages
That we may walk in the awe of your splendor and majesty
To live pure and to present ourselves blameless in your court all the days of our life.
KJV:Wilt thou not revive us again: that thy people may rejoice in thee? (Psalms 85:7)
