THE STONE IN YOUR HAND.... series one

And chose him five smooth stones out of the brook….. (1 Samuel 17:40)

Most often, what we have in our hands seem to be smaller and fewer than what we think we need to triumph, survive and win over enemies and circumstances but it’s obvious that we are really missing out on many great victories we should have won, many enemies you should have killed and many grounds you should conquered due to our negligence and ignorance.

….Worth killing Goliath

If the need be for me to tell you that what you have in your hand is worth killing every goliath of your life, I will do that here in this write-up, you have been given those five smooth stones as your own weapon of war but you busy looking for Saul’s weapon, that stone in your shepherds bag but you want to gird Saul’s sword in your loins, which have subjected you to many failure, the stone which you demean as just a mere stone to chase away birds are being used to conquer territories, many are using it to put Satan to flight, many are becoming generals with theirs and no wonder you still are frightened by the roaring of your goliath, your Saul still promise the soldiers (prayer warrior) to win the battle and take the half of your kingdom, no wonder those whom you are mentoring  and your converts are becoming great men and women and you are busy running up and down because you don’t know what you have in your hands.

……Can Be Your Rod to Part the Red Sea 

Now you are wondering how you will use ordinary stone to part the sea, it’s because of your lack of trust and inconsistency in the secret place, God asked Moses what is in his hand and he said stretch it over the sea, lo and behold the sea parted not because the rod is powerful, nor because it fell from heaven but because it has been proven spiritually by Moses and it has track-record of signs & wonders and some level of faith from Moses which moves the hand of God for the sea to part into two. What you have not done and proven in your secret place may be difficult to use in acquiring your victory over Satan and your pharaoh.

Many people today suffer setback, delay and frustration from their pharaoh not because God does not answer prayers or he doesn’t see to their calamity but because they do not pray to God and seek for guidance and the way out of their encampment by pharaoh of life, instead they listen to people’s grumbling at the expense of God ‘s instructions, they chose to fear the sea instead of taking actions and before they know it, their Egyptians catch up with them, enslave them again and put them to tributes of sickness, death, poverty  delay and afflictions.

There is a need for you to see solution and power in what you are holding as of David and Moses in order for you to cross-over to your promise land , the will of God for you is not to be threatened by the roaring of goliath, nor by the advancing of pharaoh army but to be a threat to your philistines and to see your pharaoh drowned in the red sea.

I submit to you like this, that the stone in your hand is worth killing your goliath and can be use to take you out of Egypt to your Canaan.
